The Croatian Branch of the World’s Poultry Science Association organizes the XXth European Symposium on the Quality of Eggs and Egg Products and the XXVIth European Symposium on the Quality of Poultry Meat.
This Symposium is organized every two years jointly by Working Groups 4 and 5 of the European Federation of WPSA, and this time it will be held between September 14 to 17, 2025 in Zadar, Croatia.
The meetings of the working groups have a long history, in the case of the meat WG 5 starting in 1973 and for egg WG 4 since 1991.
These meetings are important in making sure we educate future scientists and keep advancing to meet the biggest challenges the world faces in terms of sustainable food supply.
The events provide a unique opportunity for the scientific community, practice sector, and all associated with the poultry sector to exchange recent advances.
The 3000-year-old city of Zadar, full of amazing cultural heritage surrounding charming coastal resorts, islands and national parks is the location of the Symposium.
